It does have rust and wear and peeling paint at bottom back Would be a great restore project The lock is off on the doors but hardware and 2 keys are there The key does not fit in the top2 slots on top Handle Door has 2 shelves inside30 1/2" tall12 1/2" across10" deep

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
