Tasks
We have an exciting opportunity at our Automotive Service Solutions Division for a Customer Experience Leader. In this role you will provide customer support for various automotive aftermarket products to customers within the call center and manage specific accounts directly in the field. In this Lead role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identify, develop and implement actionable programs to generate revenue and improve the retention of existing customers
Utilize customer communication strategies to improve client-facing touch points including development of pro-active customer correspondence
Partner and consult with cross functional team members such as marketing, sales and product management to understand business strategy and high-level product requirements
Use Lean/Quality methodology to identify process deficiencies, develop creative solutions and facilitate implementation
Lead continuous improvement events to improve performance and reduce waste
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred; will consider equivalent work experience in sales or customer service
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales or customer service (to include direct contact with external customers)
Experience with Lean/Quality Improvement processes
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead, influence and motivate
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong computer proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point; experience with BAAN or other ERP systems a plus; experience with Business Objects for performance management and planning is a plus
Must be able to travel 10-25%
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
